Everyone is 18 or older
Every person who appears in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct on s3xside was 18 years of age or older when the depiction was created.
How we check
- Every creator proves their identity with a government ID and a live selfie before their page goes public.
- Every other person who appears in a creator’s content passes the same check and signs a consent form before the content can be published.
- Each consent record is linked to every post it covers. A post with a person who has no consent on file is not published.
Where the records are kept
The records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 for content on s3xside are kept by the custodian of records:

Records are available for inspection at that address as the law requires.
