Acceptable Use Policy

Never allowed

• Anyone under 18, or content that suggests someone is under 18.
• Anyone who did not agree, or whose consent is not on file. Hidden cameras.
• Synthetic content or deepfakes that look like a real person without their verified consent.
• Filming or streaming in public places: streets, transport, shared hotel areas.
• Sexual violence, incest, bestiality, or content involving drugs or intoxication used to remove consent.
• Offering or arranging sex for money, escorting or meeting in person.
• Human trafficking or anyone controlled by someone else.
• Anything illegal where it was made or where s3xside operates.

Creators

• Everyone in your content is verified and signed a consent form before you post it.
• Content is what you say it is. Paid posts and messages show their price before purchase.
• You write your own messages. Helpers can post, set prices, run contests and answer comments, but never message fans or go Live.
• An AI assistant is always labeled AI and never says it is you.
• No recording of Live calls, including the fan’s camera.

Fans

• Don’t download, record, share or resell anything you see here. Every file carries your watermark.
• No harassment, threats, blackmail or hate.
• Don’t ask creators to take payments outside s3xside or to meet in person.
• No recording of Live calls.

What happens if rules are broken

We remove the content and may warn, suspend or close the account. For anything involving minors we close the account for good and report to NCMEC. Payouts from removed content may be held. You can appeal every decision.
