Complaints Policy
Tell us when something is wrong. A person reviews every complaint and tells you what we did.
Draft. s3xside isn’t open yet. This page shows how it will work; it applies once we open, after a lawyer has reviewed it.
How to complain
- On a post, comment, chat, page or Live call: tap ••• → Report.
- A link outside the app: Your reports → Report a link.
- Anything else, or if you can’t sign in: write to [email protected].
How fast we act
| Complaint | We review within |
|---|---|
| Someone may be under 18 | 1 hour. The content is hidden while we check |
| Blackmail or threats | 1 hour |
| Content shared without consent, if it’s you | 24 hours after we match your face to your ID. The content is hidden as soon as the match is done |
| Everything else | 24 hours |
What happens next
- You see the status in Your reports: received, in review, action taken, or no rule broken.
- The account you reported is never told who reported it.
- If we find no rule broken, you can ask once for a second look by someone else on the team.
Appeals
If we removed your content or restricted your account, you can appeal from the email we send you. A person, not an automated system, reviews every appeal within 72 hours and tells you the reason for the decision.
If a child is in danger
Call 911 first. Then report it here so we can act on s3xside too.
