Copyright and DMCA

Is your work on s3xside without your permission? Tell us and we take it down. If you are in the content and didn’t agree to it, use Content Removal instead.

Draft. s3xside isn’t open yet. This page shows how it will work; it applies once we open, after a lawyer has reviewed it.

How to send a notice

Email [email protected] with the subject “DMCA notice” and include:

  • Your full name and how to reach you.
  • The original work, or a link to it.
  • A link to the copy on s3xside, one link per notice.
  • This statement: “I believe in good faith that this use is not authorized by me, my agent or the law.”
  • This statement: “The information in this notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury I am the owner, or authorized to act for the owner, of the work.”
  • Your full name as your signature.

We check the notice and remove the content if it’s valid, then email you what we did. The person who posted it gets a copy and can send a counter-notice.

A leak of my s3xside content on another site

Creators send takedowns for leaks on other sites from Studio. The watermark on each file shows which account it leaked from, and we ban that account.

Counter-notice: my content was removed by mistake

Reply to the email we sent you with: your name and contact details, the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake, consent to the jurisdiction of a federal court, and your signature.

We forward it to the person who sent the notice. If they don’t start a court case within 10–14 business days, we may restore the content.

Repeat infringers

Accounts that repeatedly post work they don’t own are closed. Creators also lose payouts from that content.
