Refund Policy
Prices are shown before you pay. Here is when money comes back.
Draft. s3xside isn’t open yet. This page shows how it will work; it applies once we open, after a lawyer has reviewed it.
Subscriptions
- Cancel any time in one tap. You keep access to the end of the paid month; the rest of the month is not refunded.
- If a creator’s page is paused because their identity check expired, your subscription pauses too and you are not charged.
Paid posts and messages
- Not as described: request a refund from Purchases. We review it and refund if the content isn’t what was promised.
- If a person in the content withdraws consent, we remove it and refund your purchase at the creator’s expense.
Live sessions

AI assistant (creators)
- The first bot is free for 14 days; we remind you 3 days before it ends.
- Monthly bots can be removed any time; the next month is not charged.
- Yearly bots run to the end of the paid year and do not renew.
Chargebacks
If you ask your bank to reverse a payment, access to paid content closes until the case is settled. Please ask us first. Most problems are faster to fix here.
When the money arrives
Refunds go back to the card you paid with. The time it takes depends on your bank: usually 5 to 10 business days.
