Contract between Fan and Creator
When you pay a creator on s3xside, the agreement is between you and the creator. s3xside runs the platform and handles the payment.

What the fan gets
- A personal right to view the content you paid for, on s3xside, while your subscription or purchase is active.
- You may not download, record, copy, share or resell it. Every file shows your watermark.
- Subscriptions renew every month until you cancel. Cancel in one tap and keep access to the end of the paid month.
What the creator promises
- Content is as described, and the price is shown before you pay.
- Everyone in the content is 18 or older, verified and agreed to appear.
- Messages from the creator are written by the creator. Team posts are marked Team; AI replies are marked AI.
- Live sessions start on time and run for the length you booked.
Live sessions
- You book a length (15, 30 or 60 minutes) and a time, and pay before the session.
- If you cancel, there is no refund. You can move the session once if it starts in more than 24 hours.
- If the creator cancels or is 5 minutes late, you get a full refund automatically.
- Neither side may record the session.
