1. Who can use s3xside
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher. We check age for every account and verify the identity of every creator. Every account uses two-step sign-in, and it can't be turned off.
2. Creator verification (KYC)
Creators confirm their identity with a government ID and a live selfie before their page goes public and before the first payout. Payouts go only to an account in the verified name.
3. Fees are fixed at sign-up
The platform fee is 18.95% of every transaction: subscriptions, paid posts and messages, tips, Live sessions and extra minutes, the fan camera fee and sales made by the AI assistant. There are no other fees for creators. The fee shown when a creator signs up is fixed for that creator's account. If we change fees for new accounts, existing creators keep their rate. Minimum prices: $3.99 a month for a subscription, $5.99 for a paid post or message, $12.99 for a Live session.
4. Payouts
- Money from a sale becomes available 7 days after the sale.
- Payouts run every Friday, only to a bank account in the creator's verified name.
- Changing the payout account needs a new selfie check, and payouts pause for 72 hours. We email the old address so the owner can stop a change they didn't make.
- If we hold a payout, we tell the creator why and how to resolve it.
5. Who is really writing
Only the creator messages fans and goes Live, from at most 2 linked devices. A new device needs a selfie check, and we ask for a random selfie once a week. The LIVE mark appears only on the creator's own session.
Helpers can post, set prices, run contests and answer comments. Everything they do is marked Team. Helpers never send private messages, paid messages or go Live.
A creator's AI assistant marks every message as AI and never says it is the creator. A fan can tap “Talk to” the creator at any time.
6. Content, consent and release forms
Every person who appears in content must pass an identity check and have a signed release form on file. Content without consent is removed. Rules for what may be posted are in the Acceptable Use Policy.
7. Watermarks and DMCA
Media shows a visible watermark with the viewer's username. New creators have it on by default and can move or turn it off. No one can fully block screenshots, and we don't promise to. We process takedown notices under the DMCA and help creators file them against leaks.
8. Prices and purchases
Every price, including paid messages and unlocks, is shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew until cancelled, and can be cancelled in one step. If a creator changes the subscription price, new fans pay the new price right away. Current subscribers pay it from their next renewal that is at least 7 days after the change, and we email them first so they can cancel before it applies. Refunds follow the Refund Policy.
9. Appeals
If we restrict an account or remove content, you can appeal. A person, not an automated system, reviews every appeal and replies with the reason for the decision.
